Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although lacking exterior windows, were exactly as shown in the pictures, but being on the Ground Floor was a downside. I felt safe using the public parking at the train station nearby. The service was overbearing as items were placed in front of my door without consent, but the staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient, close to the Colosseum and within walking distance of many attractions, but being in a historic Roman palazzo didn't add much charm.
